In the midst of Covid-19 pandemic, there is a need to understand teacher choices for format teaching children at start 2020-2021 academic year. The aim study was assess in school versus virtual home learning during 2019–2020 year and factorsassociated with choice. Participants were 100 samples teachers on elementary, junior high City Jombang. Teachers are asked fill out an online survey about initial options students return environment. results showed that more supportive choice hybrid schools scheduled do not support face-to-face traditional formats schools. Meanwhile, elementary formats. Regardless level, concerns child health safety factors most strongly correlated preferences in-school home.
